If the user comes to pick up the asset, the pickup must be confirmed.

Step 1.

Go to "Fleet/Reservations"

Stap 2.

Click "Pickups today".

Step 3.

Check the asset that will be picked up.

It is also possible to check multiple assets. 

Select "Confirm pickup".

If you select option "User," all assets will be selected at once:

You can also use the "Confirm pickup" button on the right side to confirm pickup for one asset.

Step 4. 

Check if the information is correct, add a comment if necessary and click "Confirm Collection."
